无论你怎么过中秋节,庆祝活动总是围绕着一样东西:月饼。

微信社群成员Phoenix说,来自香港的美心流心月饼“在社区里口碑极好”,是送长辈的常见礼盒。An He也在微信上称赞美心,还补充说另一个香港品牌荣华月饼也很不错。

非营利机构“欢迎来华埠(Welcome to Chinatown)”的协调员杨爱丽丝(Alice Yang,音译)说,她买月饼首选葡挞王饼屋 (Double Crispy Bakery) 和大班饼店 (Tai Pan Bakery)(法拉盛也有分店);一位特别热情的微信读者则最爱莲香饼家 (Chiu Hong Bakery)。这三家都在曼哈顿唐人街。

月饼快闪店

秋天转瞬即逝,月饼快闪店也一样。近年来,越来越多厨师开始尝试做月饼,为这款传统点心带来新意。

9月26日仅此一天,位于曼哈顿唐人街科西街 (Forsyth Street) 的越南快闪店Ăn Xôi将推出多款月饼,口味包括越南青米、班兰椰子、覆盆子开心果,以及红豆红枣。

台美烘焙师Rose’s Pineapple Shorts也将为“欢迎来华埠的中秋活动限量制作月饼,10月2日至4日,只卖三天。
