Soca Fest Music Festival
Labor Day weekend kicks off with Soca Fest, featuring performances by Kes the Band, Bunji Garlin and Fayann Lyons with the Vikings Band, Mical Teja, Raymond Ramnarine and more. The festival promises high energy, nonstop music and an unforgettable night.

Junior Carnival

New York Panorama

West Indian American Day Parade
The West Indian American Day Parade is one of New York City’s largest cultural celebrations. It features elaborate costumes, steel pan bands and Caribbean food along Eastern Parkway. The parade is preceded by J’Ouvert, a pre-dawn festival.

NYC Labor Day Parade & March
The NYC Labor Day Parade is the nation’s oldest and largest Labor Day march. Tens of thousands of workers from more than 200 unions and organizations parade up Fifth Avenue to celebrate the labor movement.

The Ultimate Fete
Rum and Music presents a celebration of Caribbean unity, culture, and rhythm. With the theme “One People. One Culture. One Caribbean,” The Ultimate Fete promises premium vibes, unforgettable music, and the true spirit of Carnival.

VIP Breakfast
The West Indian American Day Carnival Association (WIADCA) will host its 58th Annual VIP Breakfast that will bring together community leaders, cultural ambassadors, elected officials and guests for a celebration of Caribbean heritage. With steelpan music, traditional food and national pride on display, the breakfast honors the legacy of Carlos Lezama, “the father of Brooklyn Carnival,” and highlights WIADCA’s mission to promote unity, culture and civic engagement.
