Prosecutors and Public Defenders File Lawsuits to Halt ICE Courthouse Arrests

The New York State Attorney General, the Brooklyn District Attorney and The Legal Aid Society announced on Wednesday the filing of two separate lawsuits aimed at blocking ICE from carrying out courthouse arrests.
