ACROSS THE U.S.
- A man wounded in an ICE shooting in Austin, Texas was detained with a bullet still in his back, and was later hospitalized for partial paralysis, according to his lawyer. The ICE officer who shot the man was reportedly not wearing a body camera. (CBS News, [Paywall] The Washington Post, Texas Public Radio)
- Meanwhile, protests have been staged outside the Texas Capitol in the wake of the shooting, calling for an end to ICE. (Houston Public Media)
- ICE agents hurt and arrested a U.S. citizen in Evanston, Illinois, after wrongly identifying him. Evanston police are now investigating the incident. (ABC7)
- In an unpublicized move, ICE has started hiding the locations of thousands of detained immigrants with final removal orders. (AP)
- Rep. Veronica Escobar (D-TX) said that ICE barred her from talking to immigrants in detention during an oversight visit to Camp East Montana, which has abusive and inhumane conditions according to reports from detainees and their family members. (The Guardian, Border Report)

- Some immigrants in Maryland report that they are being summoned to hearings in Washington, D.C. on short notice at a location not associated with immigration court. (The Baltimore Banner)
- A federal judge has permanently struck down a Trump administration policy that would have prohibited some immigrants from attending Head Start preschools and accessing other federal programs. (AP)
